1. Introduction
Welcome to TechSavy SL. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our SaaS suite designed for CNC workshops, including laser, router, and plotter path generation and management software. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TechSavy provides a cloud-based software suite that enables users to upload, process, simulate, and generate G-code and other machine-readable formats for CNC machinery. The service includes real-time collaboration features, cloud storage for project files, and API access for enterprise integrations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with appropriate notice.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Billing is conducted on a monthly or annual basis, payable in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added to your invoice where legally required. We use third-party payment processors, and by providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.
4. Free Trial
We may offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to initiate the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be suspended unless a paid subscription is activated. Any project data created during the free trial will be retained for 30 days post-expiration before being permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unused services. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will revert to a restricted read-only mode for a period of 60 days.
6. Data & Privacy (GDPR)
TechSavy SL is fully committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection laws. We process personal data only as necessary to provide our services. You retain all rights to your uploaded project files and machine configurations. 7. Intellectual Property
The TechSavy platform, including its original code, algorithms, interface, and branding, is the exclusive property of TechSavy SL. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You retain all intellectual property rights to the designs, models, and toolpaths you generate using our service. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSavy SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or equipment damage arising from the use of our generated toolpaths. Users are strictly responsible for verifying all generated code (e.g., G-code) prior to execution on physical CNC machinery. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Castellón, Spain, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
