1. Introduction
Welcome to TechSavy SL. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ERP 4 CNC and CPQ 4 CNC, our cloud software suite for CNC workshops (quoting, invoicing, client management, production tracking and inventory for laser, router and milling shops). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Services
TechSavy provides a cloud-based business management suite for CNC workshops: ERP 4 CNC (clients, products and inventory, quotes and invoices, work orders and production tracking, purchasing and light accounting) and CPQ 4 CNC (fast quoting for laser, router and milling jobs). The service does not generate, simulate or execute G-code or other machine-control instructions; it manages the commercial and operational side of running a workshop. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with appropriate notice.
3. Subscription & Billing
Access to premium features requires a paid subscription, billed monthly or annually in advance according to the plan shown on our Pricing page. TechSavy SL is the seller of record for every subscription: we issue the invoice in our own name, under our Spanish tax registration, and any applicable VAT is shown on that invoice. Subscriptions are invoiced by TechSavy SL and paid by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice. We do not process card payments on this website and we never collect or store card details. To subscribe, renew or change a plan, use the Subscription page in your account or email support@techsavysl.com; your subscription is activated as soon as the payment is received.
4. Free Trial
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, if you have not activated a paid subscription, your account is paused (you can still log in, but access to the workspace is limited to the Subscription page until you subscribe) — it is not deleted. Once you subscribe, your subscription runs for the period you paid for (monthly or annually). It does not renew automatically by card: we email you an invoice before the end of each period, and the subscription is extended once that invoice is paid. Data created during the trial is kept for as long as your account exists; if a trial account remains unpaid and inactive, we may delete it after 90 days, and will email you before doing so.
5. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by emailing support@techsavysl.com, or simply by not paying the next renewal invoice. Cancelling stops future renewals only: you keep full access for the rest of the period you already paid for (for example, cancelling in month 2 of a paid annual subscription does not cut off the remaining 10 months). Access ends on the date your current billing period expires.
As a general rule, we do not refund the already-elapsed part of a subscription period once it has renewed. However, if you are an individual or business based in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of your first payment for a new subscription, during which you can request a full refund by emailing support@techsavysl.com. Outside of this 14-day window, refund requests are reviewed case by case — for example, where a billing or account error on our side caused you to be charged incorrectly or prevented you from using the service you paid for. This section is provided for information only and does not replace the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
6. Data & Privacy (GDPR)
TechSavy SL is fully committed to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable EU data protection laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for your own business. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or copy any part of our software.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechSavy SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from the use of quotes, invoices, cost estimates or other figures generated by our software. Users are responsible for verifying pricing, quantities and delivery commitments before sending them to their own customers. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts located in Castellón, Spain, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
