This website presents and provides access to the software subscriptions offered by TechSavy SL (the "ERP 4 CNC" and "CPQ 4 CNC" products), which are cloud-based services accessed online. Nothing is downloaded or installed.

4. Payment & Billing
TechSavy SL is the seller of record for every subscription. We issue the invoice in our own name under our Spanish tax registration, and any applicable VAT is shown on the invoice. Subscriptions are paid by bank transfer to the account shown on the invoice; there is no card payment and no automatic renewal — a renewal invoice is sent before the end of each period, and the subscription continues once it is paid. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website and the software platform — code, design, and branding — is the property of TechSavy SL. You retain ownership of your own business data (clients, products, quotes, invoices and other records) that you create with the service.
6. Applicable Law
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Castellón, Spain.
