Your rights under GDPR
Right of access — obtain a copy of the personal data we hold about you. Right to rectification — correct inaccurate or incomplete data. Right to erasure (right to be forgotten) — request deletion of your data. Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured machine-readable format. Right to restriction of processing — limit how we use your data. Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
How to exercise your rights
Email dpo@techsavysl.com from the address registered on your TechSavy account. Include a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and any relevant context.
We respond to all requests within 30 days as required by Article 12 GDPR. Complex requests may be extended by an additional 60 days, in which case we will inform you within the first 30 days.
